Eligibility
Unused, undamaged objects in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The object must be in a condition suitable for resale.

We want each object to stay in your space for a long time. If it isn’t right, here’s how to return it safely to the studio.

Not eligible
Made-to-order and personalised pieces, used objects, and items damaged through improper handling cannot be returned. Gift cards and opened hygiene-related products are also excluded.

Start a return
Contact us within the return window with your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the object. We’ll send return instructions; please don’t ship anything back before we confirm.

Refunds
Once the returned object has been inspected and approved, we’ll refund the original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the object is faulty or arrived damaged.
