About Brutaluxe

Material as language.

Brutaluxe is a design studio exploring how concrete, glass, and clay can speak through proportion, texture, weight, and light.

Studio

We are a collective of creators and architects who believe beauty lives in tension: roughness and refinement, shadow and clarity, discipline and emotion.

Each piece balances brutalism and luxury without polishing away the evidence of process. From mineral objects to transparent glass studies, every form is made to hold atmosphere quietly.

How we work

Material

Honest surfaces

Every object starts with the material: Portland cement, borosilicate glass, stoneware clay. We choose substances that age visibly and carry the mark of their making.

Process

Small batches

Pieces are cast and finished in limited runs. Minor tonal differences between objects are not flaws — they are evidence of the hand and the kiln.

Form

Reduced geometry

We work toward objects that do less. Proportion, weight, and silence. Nothing added that does not serve the object's presence in a room.

Work with us

Commission a quiet object.

We take a small number of custom commissions each year. If you have a material, dimension, or mood in mind, begin the conversation with us.
